Fat Blocker

Thermogenesis is used to combat low external temperature, burn fat for energy, and enhance metabolism. Common thermogenic (substances that initiate Thermogenesis) are the (now banned) ephedra, bitter orange (Citrus aurantium), (from the pepper and Chili) capsicum, ginger, green tea extract, the Synephrine, salicin (extracted from the bark of the Willow) and caffeine. Hydroxycitric acid is another fat, like chitosan blocker, although the effect is minimal.

Carbohydrate blockers inhibit the action of this enzyme that sugar is not absorbed, causing the body to use FAT stored for metabolism, and thus lose weight. The most effective carbohydrate Blocker seems the Phaseolus volgaris, a derivative of the white lima beans. Many of the active ingredients of the dietary formulas work in several ways. Carbohydrate blockers can be, as well as, for example, appetite suppressants or stimulating but burners of fat at the same time.
